TERMS & CONDITIONS
The contract shall commence from the date your first payment starts and continues until such time as you wish to terminate, no earlier than 12 months from commencement.
Membership is for a minimum term of twelve months and will continue to roll on monthly thereafter.
Once subscribed, you will be automatically charged on the 1st of each calendar month.
You may upgrade your membership at any time. You can only lower your membership benefits at the start of the following year’s membership. Your membership is honoured at Dove Aesthetics ONLY.
You must have sufficient funds on account for your chosen treatment. If your balance is less than the cost of the treatment, you will be required to pay the outstanding balance for that treatment on the day of treatment or in advance while still benefiting from your membership level discount.
In line with clinic policy, you must cancel or reschedule any appointments by giving at least two working days’ notice of the booking. Any failure to do this resulting in non-attendance or rescheduling (with less than two working days’ notice) will accrue a cancellation fee of £50 and needs to be recovered prior to rescheduling the treatment or any future bookings.
This may be done by forfeiting funds on account or by way of an additional online payment.
There may be times when you might need to put your membership on hold due to temporary relocation or medical circumstances, such as extended illness or pregnancy. You must notify Dove Aesthetics immediately if your medical circumstances change in any way.
You may hold your membership for a minimum of one month and a maximum of nine months. A minimum of one payment must have been made before a Membership plan is eligible to be put on hold.
When your Membership Plan is put on hold, payments are suspended, and you may not access treatment or benefits for the duration of the hold period.
At the end of your Membership Plan hold period, payments will continue with your next scheduled electronic funds transfer (EFT) date. Terms, conditions, rules and regulations of the original Membership Plan agreement continue to apply throughout the continued Membership Plan term.
Your Membership Plan must be activated for a minimum of one month before it can be put on hold again.
With one month’s written notice, we permit the termination of your membership plan from being on hold. In such circumstances, we may calculate the retail price of any treatments received and reconcile this against the payments you have made. You will be liable for any underpayment. The current retail prices are available upon request and are liable to change.
You may cancel anytime after the minimum term period giving one month’s written notice. You will not be entitled to a refund under and circumstances of any amount you have accrued; this must be used in the clinic. If your Membership Plan is cancelled, Dove Aesthetics will calculate the usual price of any products and treatments received at the current retail price and reconcile this against the payments you have made. You will be liable for repayment to the clinic for any underpayment. Any unused services will expire when your Membership Plan ends.
Your plan is not transferrable or ‘shareable’ with anyone other than yourself.
You agree to the relevant monthly payment by conforming to your chosen plan. If this payment request is returned ‘unpaid’ by the due date, Dove Aesthetics may suspend treatments until payment has been made in full. You are not entitled to make any deduction or withhold from payment.
Dove Aesthetics reserves the right to change your Membership Plan, privileges and pricing, providing one month’s notice.
You will be responsible for any fees Dove Aesthetics incurs due to insufficient funds or a failure to inform us that your bank details have changed.
Dove Aesthetic may change rules and regulations to comply with applicable laws.
Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other clinic promotions.
